  Don't order here if you're looking for a "the customer s always right/big chain/neo-corporate" experience. This is one of the few restaurants that still provides good food without acting like a concierge on crack just to maintain a consumer base. They'll get you food, really good food, and treat you genuinely, which means sometimes they're not going to pepper the conversation with fake tones of pleasure even when they're annoyed. You'll get your food, you'll love your food, but--as someone who's worked in the service industry--it'll be refreshing to have someone who doesn't act super happy just to be making you a pizza.
