I ordered an edible arrangement for my mother's b-day, on the day that the arrangement was to be delivered the driver called my mum and asked if she would be home for the delivery. My mum who lives in (North Vancouver) explained that she wouldn't be home; she would be out at a birthday lunch (Downtown Vancouver). The driver said no problem and delivered it to the restaurant ... I cannot say how impressed I was by this customer service. This company knows how to treat customers very well, I will use theirs services again and again. Very impressed!
