- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Whyte Islet, a little island off of Whytecliff Park, is accessible only when the tide is out. It's a very popular place to visit and climb. The rocks leading to the island can be quite slippery, so take your time. Parking is available at Whytecliff Park. Walk down to the beach from the parking lot and take a short stroll across the sand.
