  Worked at a lot of restaurants over the years, so am generally pretty understanding when there's a mistake or someone is having an off day. That said, this drive through experience was one for the books. Here's why: - Customer service was lazy, unresponsive, and after 5 attempts, unable to get the order right. They actually disappeared mid-order without notifying me. - Upon receiving the food, when notified the order was taken incorrectly, they argued that I was in the wrong. IMPORTANT NOTE: I don't mind the pushback. If this is done graciously and tactfully, I actually appreciate it. The speaker systems aren't ideal. Maybe they didn't hear me properly–all 5 times. I was willing to extend them the benefit of the doubt. That said, it's the attitude, accusatory and defensive tone that really got me. Don't attack your customers when they're being gracious and trying to extend you respect and courtesy. Gah. - After the order was 'corrected' and we drove away, we saw the food was cold and the buns were stale. Really, really stale. They also gave us 5 straws, when there were 2 orders, which was confusing. The whole ordeal tool way too long, as the cars in front of us also had their orders taken wrong, so there were 3-4 of us that needed our orders corrected. We filled out the online survey and got a 'personal' response from the manager––clearly templated––stating they spoke to the team about it. That was it. Hate to complain, but restaurants with this kind of service don't deserve to be in business – especially with this kind of real estate.

  A good place to bite quickly, although its food is not healthy. Anyway some are tasty.

  The most Dirty fast food restaurant of all time! ! The food that I ordered should be warm but are cold. Table are dirty full of leftovers paper and drinks when you tell the light brown hair Caucasian manager wearing a red tie there no clean table to sit he will tell customers to clean the table by yourself staff are not friendly there. This is the worst McDonald visit ever make me sick!! will never go back there again !!
