  awful - box combo came with teriyaki chicken and karaage chicken? Teriyaki sauce was flavorless and the other chicken did not look very appetizing. The gomae was tasteless too.The place definitely has gone down since last time I came. Never coming back.

  Not too bad. I tried their Unagi Don and it is very delicious but small in portion.

  I have been here many times and the food is decent but I'm very disappointed with the customer service I received during my last visit. I went into the store around 8:30pm and ordered sushi to go. My tab came to $65 which was fine, and I tipped them an extra 10% (even though it was take out), still fine. What made me upset is that I asked for low sodium soya sauce because my friend is on a strict diet and she tried charging me another $2 for a small plastic sauce container. The waitress claimed it was policy and I told her I just tipped her for doing nothing. She didn't budge and I walked out knowing I will never return. Customer service needs to improve, there are better sushi places (food & service) in west van.
