  I dropped by Bay Sushi while visiting Horseshoe Bay with friends. We were all hungry and ordered the sushi combos. Wow, it was delicious. Their sushi rice seasoning is just right, neither too sweet nor salty. I drive 20 minutes to Horseshoe Bay with my wife just to drop by Bay Sushi, which says a lot.

  I just get a veggie roll (because I'm vegan) so I can't speak for the fish options, but it's the best veggie roll I've ever had! Love coming here when I'm waiting for a ferry. The rice they make it the best.

  $25 for 4 salmon & 4 tuna sashimi plus 2 small rolls Unagi was really dry & nothing so dynamite about dynamite roll. Really friendly couple running the place but I doubt I'd come back here. I feel I was gouged because these restaurants know you are waiting for a ferry so can't walk much beyond the harbour.
