I moved into the Park Royal area from Lonsdale section, and as such far away from a place place I regularly get my vitamins. The moment I walked in , Rose a sales guide at Alive Park Royal was attentive and informative in helping me find out if they had what I was looking for. Not only did Alive have everything I needed but after showing Rose that the price of my supplements were slightly higher at their store than where I used to buy them, she matched their price right away! Thank you for the outstanding customer service Rose, you saved me an abundance of time and made the purchase at Alive so delightful and without drama. Keep up the awesome work.
